We take our duty to the sex worker community seriously. Here’s what we do to make sure Tryst.link is secure and you are informed and protected.
We track and limit who has access to your information
We make sure your data is accessed only when it needs to be, by as few people as possible. Our processes are designed to minimise what anyone can see, and we regularly audit access logs to make sure there are no unapproved actions. We work to meet changing obligations worldwide and maintain the best possible privacy and data practices at every stage.
We protect your information with secure technology
We encrypt your data and hold it on encrypted servers. Your data is only accessible over encrypted connections with multi-factor authentication.
We delete your data as soon as we can
We delete your ID and verification photos as soon as verification is complete. In places where third-party age verification is required by law, your data is deleted by Yoti after 28 days. If you request deletion of your profile, we delete all your profile information, including photos. We only retain financial records, as required by law.
We’re prepared for worst-case scenarios
If we experience a data breach, we’ll notify you as soon as we can. We only disclose information when legally obligated to, and we carefully verify that any legal request has a valid, verifiable subpoena and is reasonable in scope.
As a platform built by and for sex workers, we will never exchange user data to avoid being prosecuted, even under threat.
