If you have tried to contact us via our social media channels (Twitter, Switter, Instagram) you may have noticed that we can be slow to get back to you. We're a small team here at Tryst and we don't always check the social inboxes daily.
If you want to talk to someone at Tryst please raise a new request. Every ticket is read and responded to and takes priority over other channels such as social media channels. We try to ensure that all tickets are responded to within about 3 business days for our members and about 5-7 days for our free users, Australian time.
