How do I recover a lost emergency recovery code?

    If you've lost your emergency recovery code and can't access your account, you'll need to send us a new ticket explaining the situation. 

    ⚠️ You'll be asked to verify your identity before we're able to provide access to your account. 

    Please note: only provider accounts can be recovered. We can’t recover access to client accounts as we cannot verify your ownership of the account.
