How to check email legitimacy

We will only ever email you from a tryst.link email address, mostly commonly hello@tryst.link and do-not-reply@tryst.link. The first thing you should always do is confirm that the email is coming from an address at tryst.link.

If you want to take the next step to confirm, you can view the headers of the email which will confirm some additional information. For example in Gmail if you select More > Show Original, you will see a header area similar to this image.

You should see that the email have valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC entries. Depending on your mail client they should also show the Assembly Four domain as you can see above as.

If you are at all concerned that an email is not legitimate, follow our instructions on how to forward us an email that includes all headers so we can help you out.
