I can't remove my glasses for my verification photos!

All providers on Tryst.link need to be verified before their profile can be published. Our payment processor requires this from all adult platforms.

If you are not wearing glasses in your government-issued ID, you must remove your glasses, lenses and any other obstructive facial coverings prior to taking and submitting your verification photo.

We do allow for some exceptions, such as:

  1. If you have a valid medical exemption:

A medical exemption is provided by a registered medical professional to an ID issuer, to allow for circumvention of general policy in the case of a valid medical reason.

  2. If you have recently undergone surgery or have been injured, and cannot reasonably remove bandages or glasses for verification.

⚠️ In this case, please raise a support ticket after submitting your verification so we can ensure your sign-up process isn’t delayed. This will also allow us to provide you additional support if you need it!

If you do have a valid medical exemption and must submit verification photos with glasses or lenses, here are some guidelines:

  • Your eye(s) must be clearly visible without shadow, lens glare or reflection.
  • Facial prosthetics, medical dressings and/or eyepatches may exempt you from needing both eyes visible. However, if it's at all (medically) reasonable, one eye should be visible.
  • Sunglasses are not allowed unless you are wearing them in your ID/Passport photo and have a valid medical exemption.
  • Obstructive glasses and lenses are not permitted.
