I’m a client and I’ve lost access to my account

We know that getting locked out of your account can be frustrating. Here are the next steps you can take to get back to using Tryst.link, based on your circumstances.

Forgot password

If you still have access to your email account but have forgotten your password, you can reset it using the password reset page

We will send an email to your address with a link to verify that you own your account. After clicking the link, you’ll also be prompted to change your password.

Lost access to your email or 2-step login

You will need to create a new Tryst.link client account if you have lost access to the email address connected to your account, or your 2-step login method (such as an authenticator app or a physical security token). You can make a new account by visiting the Tryst.link signup page.

Why we cannot recover your account for you

We take your privacy and security seriously. While you provide us with some basic information to create your client account, we don't collect the kind of personal details that would let us know or verify your identity.

Because we don’t hold this information, we can’t securely verify who owns an account. This also means we can’t manually bypass logins, reset accounts, or transfer account ownership—it’s the only way to make sure no one else can claim your account but you.

While it means starting fresh, creating a new client account protects your privacy and gets you back on Tryst.link right away.
